The house can comfortably accommodate 16 guests on 5 beds, 2 sofa beds and 4 floor mattresses. Our floor mattresses comes with a full set of pillow, blanket and towel.
As this is a residential neighborhood, we have a limit of 8 cars inside the compound and 8 cars along the street. We will need all the car number plates for registration and security clearance.
*Note, for intimate (more than 16 pax) or commercial events, a surcharge of RM2,000 applies, limited to 60 pax including vendors.
*Refundable cash deposit of RM2,000 will be collected upon check-in, this refundable cash deposit will be refunded to you within 3 working days after check-out after our supervisors have inspected the property (if any items are damage or missing, or the house rules are not followed, we have absolute right to forfeit the deposit in full).
