I've lived in Austin since 1998, and moved to the Zilker neighborhood ten years ago to be near the running trails, Barton Springs and the greenbelt. The neighborhood just keeps getting better and better with all the new restaurants and nearby amenities. I work in the non-profit sector and spent the last ten years leading Austin's historic preservation non-profit to save our city's unique character. In my spare time, I am an avid gardener, runner, reader and crossword puzzle fanatic. I love to travel and have visited countries throughout Africa and Europe, plus China, Peru, Mexico, Canada Turkey, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan and India. I can name all 50 states in alphabetical order.
