This 1,600 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo situates on the top floor in the newly constructed White Spruce Lodge in the Spring Creek community.

Living room features majestic sloped high ceiling with two oversized grand windows offering lots of natural lights throughout the day. Breathtakingly surrounded mountain views is always a plus with a penthouse. Huge balcony accessed from the living room contains a BBQ grill and a set of outdoor sitting furniture.

Kitchen is fully equipped with high end quartz countertop, gas cooktop, major/minor appliances and all kinds of tools, pots and pans, allowing you to thoroughly exert your cooking talent and prepare your own gourmet meals.

Master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and a four-piece ensuite bathroom with double-sink vanities and soaker tub. The second bedroom also provides a king bed. The third bedroom is set up with two full-size beds, along with a second balcony. The second bathroom is also equipped with double sink vanities. A washer-dryer combo also awaits to serve your laundry needs inside the condo. All of these features make the condo able to accommodate almost all types of groups.

2-car tandem parking lot (one parking in front of another) is located in the heated underground parkade, which is easily accessed through the elevator.

The complex also features a gym and an outdoor hot tub that open year-round for your enjoyment. (All amenities are currently unavailable due to safety guidelines established by Town of Canmore. The town is gradually reopening public facilities and this info will be updated continuously.)

The location just cannot be any better. Just as its slogan says, the complex situates in the absolute heart of Canmore, surrounded by woods, rivers and mountains. It also makes it convenient to go anywhere. You could walk to downtown in 10 minutes and drive to Town of Banff in 20 minutes. You would also have access to several hiking/biking trails without touching your vehicle.

** Two national park passes included, meaning two vehicles (capacity of 7 or below) are covered regardless of number of people in each vehicle.
** Underground tandem parking stall, meaning you can park TWO vehicles with one in front of another.
** Smoking in the unit is subject to $500 penalty(on top of extra cleaning charges).
** Partying in the unit is subject to $500 penalty(on top of extra cleaning charges).
** Failure to return National Park Pass will be subject to loss recovery fee of $200 for each unreturned pass.
** Failure to return the underground parking door remote will be subject to loss recovery fee of $200. Please be advised that you do not have to use the remote to open underground parking door.
