Steve is a nice landlord, when the first time we arrived in Long Beach, he showed up and give us a big welcome. During we stay, he helped us to pick up letters and packages, his apartment contains everything we need, basically you could stay without bring anything. The location is quite good, there is 3mins drive to the aquarium, walking distance to outlet, and 10mins drive to Belmont shore. Steve是一个很好的房东,沟通很舒服,有帮助可以随时联系到他。公寓很干净,什么都有,基本可以不带任何东西,比酒店好。

Steve's condo was perfect location in downtown Long Beach within walking distance to shops, movies, restaurants, and metro lines. The building was immaculate and so clean and all the staff was very nice and eager to help if any issues or questions. Inside the condo was very clean and modern with great balcony for relaxation and eating.

I stayed Steve's place while relocating to the area. It was perfect while I searched to find my own apartment. It is in nice location downtown close to restaurants. Only trouble is its kinda loud off Ocean Ave. but that's the price to pay for being in the middle of it all. I only needed to call Steve once while there was a problem with the toilet leaking very slightly. He hurried over and took care of it right away.

The property is located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, the 2nd largest city in Los Angeles County -- which is of course an urban area with countless restaurants, cafes, shops all within walking distance. I'd like to point out that the windows and doors are double pane, so when shut exterior noise is very minimal.

Steven was the perfect airbnb host, one who is there when you need anything but otherwise let's you have the place as if it were your own. The unit is immaculately clean, with well curated design, and in a central location. Parking space is convenient and there is full use of all the high-rise amenities. Also had a welcome book of instructions and nearby restaurant suggestions like a hotel room would provide, which was much appreciated. Very grateful to have found Steven's listing and will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Schönes Apartement in Long Beach. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Balkon, kleiner Pool, Küche, Waschmaschine....alles da. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Schnell zum Strand zum Surfen. Gute Reataurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Tiefgarage prima. Wir würden wieder buchen. Allerdings: nur zu dritt, wenn die dritte Person kleiner als 1,60 m ist, denn das Sofa ist recht kurz.
