If you would like some trips further out, our tour and transfer counter at the reception will be on the ready to organise a trip of your desire.
How To Find Us
From Krabi Airport: Airport shuttle costs 150 baht per person and will drop you off right outside our door. Alternatively, taxis can be arrange thru us for 500-700 THB. The distance between Ao Nang and Krabi Airport is 26km.
From Krabi Town bus station: Local song taew buses can be caught outside the coach terminal which will take you to Ao Nang and cost around 100 baht per person. The trip takes around 45 minutes and is 17km.
From Railay: Longtail boats can be caught from West beach that go straight to Ao Nang beach for 100 baht. Once at the beach, you can walk straight up to the hostel (pass the police station). The hostel is on the right opposite the mosque and takes around 10 - 15 minutes to walk there.
From Phi Phi passenger pier in Ao Nang: It usually includes a free transfer to the hostel, please contact your ticket company.
From Phi Phi passenger port in Krabi Town: The transfer is usually 100THB. However, if you tell the ticket staff in Phi Phi that you want to be dropped off at Ao Nang, free transfer will be provide.
Office Hour: 8 am. - 11pm.
*Check in after 11pm. please email us your ETA before 11am. on your check-in date. We will arrange late check in for you.
*Check out before 8am. please contact reception the night before to get your deposit back.
1. Check-in Time:
From 14:00. Please feel free to leave your luggages at the lobby area if you come early.
Key deposit: 100 thb
Towel deposit: 200 thb (Towels are not allow outside the hostel)
Fully refund once return in the same condition.
AC off from 12pm - 5pm. (For Dorm rooms only)
2. Check-out Time: until 11:00.
Late Check out after 11am. will be 50% charge of the room price on that date.
Late Check out after 2pm. will be 100% charge of the room price on that date.
Check out out of office hours: Please let our reception know in advance, you can get your deposit back the night before you check out.
3. Payment:
Payment via our website or payment link will be charge non-refundable deposit 30% + fee. The rest of the payment can be make at our property.
At our property, we accept the payment via following options;
Cash in local currency.
Credit card + 4% charge (visa and master card) in local currency.
P a y P a l + 8% charge **ALL P A Y P A L PAYMENT BOOKINGS VIA OUR WEBSITE WILL BE COLLECT 8% CHARGE AT RECEPTION ONCE YOU ARRIVED.
5. Age Restriction:
Children mean age up to 14 years old
Children are allow only in the non-dorm private room.
Children age up to 8 years old can stay for free in non-dorm private room. Only 1 Child per room is allowed.
Children age from 9 years old are required to stay in extra bed. Please contact us prior booking.
Children are not allow to stay in dorm rooms / private dorm room.
6. No smoking in rooms: 2,000 thb fine for the violation.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Drugs and weapons are not allowed.
9. Disturbing/Violation/Sexual harassment/ Sex in Dorm etc. : You will be ask to leave with no refund. If any guest complains, you will be fine at least 1,000 baht and required to refund them for their night. Police will be inform if necessary.
10. Damages: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hostel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, invoice will be send to guest’s email/address, if no response, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card that recorded on their booking.
11. Security is our top priority, we have locker provided for every dorm rooms PLEASE USE IT!
Guests are solely responsible for the safety of your own valuables. We shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss or theft of any property, money and other items belonging to guests. We will not refund for this situation.
