Atención a los huéspedes
Usually I'm available in case of assistance, but I can't guarantee it. If you loose your key, I have one hidden at a secret place. If you call me I can tell you where it is :)
Barking dogs are NOT allowed since my nabours have to sleep. Non-barking dogs are very welcome but barking ones are strictly strictly forbidden :)
You can not bring random guests to the apartment. However, if you are visiting family/friends or on a business trip, you are of cause welcome to invite guests over. But, ONLY if you send me an SMS about it BEFORE your guests arrive :)
After 22.00 you should try not to be too noisy.
I'm a 35 years old chemist and entrepreneur with a few small business. I travel a lot and when in Copenhagen I usually stay at my girlfriends place and work from cafes around the city center. I have been living one year in Shanghai and one in Hongkong. I speak Danish, English, and a bit of both German and Chinese.
Kind regards Esben
