Offering two-and-a-half gorgeous acres between Gualala and Point Arena, this bright, beautifully remodeled home is the perfect escape for a large group looking to explore the wild Northern California Coast. Enjoy a spacious deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean, an expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, two master suites and two kitchens that make this home especially fitting for multi-generational families. Spend your days hiking, beach combing, and taking scenic drives along Highway 1, and come home to soak in the private hot tub, set up a few lawn games, or challenge your loved ones to tournaments of billiards and Ping-Pong.

What's nearby:
If you're a fan of being outdoors, this is the place for you. You'll be half a mile south of a coastal access point at lovely Hearn Gulch. Hiking also abounds in the area. Book a guided hiking tour with Unbeaten Path or venture a few miles north to explore more than 1,600 acres of Point Arena-Stornetta Public Lands on your own. You'll be eight miles north of downtown Gualala, where you can pick up groceries at the Surf Market, browse the shelves at Four-Eyed Frog Books, and sit down for breakfast at Trinks Cafe. The coastal fairways of the Sea Ranch Golf Links are 10 miles south, and the incredibly positioned Point Arena Lighthouse (a wonderful spot at sunset) is 10 miles north.
