I've had the most enjoyable experience of my life in this place. First of all, what an amazing location, the beach is your backyard and the promenade, the pier, bars and most public transportation are just blocks away. You can relax in the super comfortable bed or the jacuzzi and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are available: washer, dryer, iron, ironing table, microwave, fridge, toaster, wifi, cable TV... Andrew, the host, always answered any question that I had super quickly and was always willing to help since the first time I asked about the rental. This was my first airbnb vacation and thanks to this little piece of heaven it won't be my last. Thank you Andrew!!!

It was a pleasure and one of the best time in my life at the beach house. Everything is there... friendly neighborhood... and an awesome and very helpful host! Its the right choice. Thank you so much Andrew and the hole crew!

Great location and value! Also great communication with the host. Very clean and accurate to description. Street parking works but isn't ideal. Also traffic is pretty loud which we expected but could be worth noting. We we're completely fine as we were in the front building but would assume that it's very loud from the back building. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others!

- Andrew was very helpful and responsive. - The location is great and (as described) you can get up and are right at the beach! Brilliant! - Parking is barely available but Andrew had a great recommendation. He sent me the address for a parking garage that was fairly priced ($14 per day) in my opinion. - The apartment was exactly as described and the Jacuzzi was the best. :-) - Would recommend + stay here again! -----> Overall great experience.

We had a fantastic vacation in Andrew's apartment. The apartment was super clean, large, nice and comfy. Location is perfect with the building being literary on the beach real close to the pier. Just a few minutes walk from the heart of Santa Monica made the stay just perfect. Andrew gave us solid information about the apartment and area. The best host you can ever wish for. Would like to stay there again!
