DISTURBANCE TO OUR NEIGHBOURS, INCLUDING EXCESSIVE NOISE, IS PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF RENTAL AND EVICTION.

NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER STATED on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Note: Variances to bookings can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is generally 10:00 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Superbly comfortable - this was our second stay. Great location near Rundle Mall, Restaurants, Coffee shops and bus stops. The Hop on Hop off bus stop is 100m away. Gracious, friendly hosts.

Great apartment in a brilliant location, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a short stroll to botanical gardens.

Tracey and Barrie where lovely and even gave us a tour of the area. Lovely boutique shops and 5 star restaurants close by. Apartment was extremely spacious and very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again.

Barrie and Tracey's place was big, light and clean. The location was great. Barrie and Tracey were very easy to deal with and very accomodating. Would recommend!

Perfect location! Central and walking distance to everything in the East End. Kind, helpful and very responsive hosts. Definitely recommend to others. Beautiful and spacious, all the amenities you need.

This apartment is in a great location and was easy walking distance to WOMADELAIDE and across the road from all the fringe venues. Close to cafes, restaurants and shops and walkable to the Central Market! The apartment itself is large and airy and great for four people. Kitchen supplies are basic (coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, a little oil). The utensils are all there to prepare food in the apartment, but bring your 'extras' or buy them in at the local IGA or supermarkets in Rundle Mall.
