Bedroom 3 features a twin-over-full bunk bed and is perfect for kids of all ages. A large full bathroom with the highest quality fixtures and tile is located just outside bedrooms 2 & 3.
The living area with floor-to-ceiling windows is has a spacious, modern feel and is a wonderful place to relax. A generous contemporary sectional sofa positioned in front of a warming gas fireplace will sleep one or two more adults comfortably.
A large dining table and picnic style benches seat 6-8, with more seating in the kitchen.
Our finished basement is filled with toys and games, great for kids. Enjoy our private garden in the summer months.
Park Slope is well known for its numerous cafes, kid-friendliness, and green space. It was ranked by NY Magazine as NYC's most livable neighborhood.
Every need you have during your stay is within feet of your front door, including NY Methodist Hospital, numerous stores, restaurants, a post office, etc.
Walking distance to the 2/3/B/Q trains as well as the B67/B69/B63 buses and all major train and LIRR lines at Barclays Center.
Since we live here year round, there is little extra space for your things in our closets, dressers, and cupboards.

Ideal for 7 guests, but can accommodate up to 9 guests with owner's approval. All guests MUST be age 30+, unless they are children of the primary guest.
We subscribe to a 'named guests only' policy, which means that ONLY the persons named by primary guest at the time of instant booking are permitted access to the unit. Primary guest must provide name, hometown, and age of all guests within 24 hours following instant booking, or reservation will be canceled. Any exceptions must be agreed to in advance of stay in writing.
Absolutely no pets, no smoking, or parties/events of any kind are permitted.
Guests must arrive at the stated check in time, or a previously agreed time. Owner will check-in guests personally to ensure compliance with named guests policy. Violations of this or any other rule will result in an immediate cancellation at arrival.
