Mary and Bill were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful without being too intrusive, spot on. The cottage was lovely, absolutely spotless with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, amazing walks literally on your doorstep and not far by car to the coast and main towns. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and stunning views the cottage was a little gem and we definitely be returning to see Mary and Bill again.

A wonderfully cozy cottage set in the beautiful countryside of Wales. Located next to a public bridle path and nature preserve made for outstanding scenery and an enjoyable experience. Our hosts were very welcoming. They provided us an instructional tour of the house as well as leaving us a guest manual. As we arrived on a Saturday evening when no restaurants were open, we were provided a catered meal for a reasonable price which was absolutely delicious... complete with wine and dessert. We felt very well taken care of and completely at home, and were sad that we only had one night to spend at this lovely home. A very well run b and b. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

This is a lovely and peaceful place to stay. The cottage is cosy, comfortable, warm and well-equipped. The setting is beautiful - great view over the hills with sheep (and lambs) in the field in front. The lounge and 2 bedrooms also have this view so you can enjoy it even if it's too cold to sit outside. 20 minute drive to Aberystwyth for supplies. The hosts are lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We are supposed to be retired but still run a small business from home in Wales where the magical views from all of our windows frequently distract us. We stand and stare for a lot of the time.....and those views are a magnet so that wherever we have worked overseas and wherever we have travelled to...we always love to come home. We have found that we can't live without this place any more. It's a good feeling when visitors arrive in the dark and wake up to our little slice of heaven in a morning....spectacular whatever the season...whatever the weather. We are proud to share the original cottage on our property with guests and like to ensure them a warm Welsh welcome every time.
