Agate Beach Guest House is situated on the Kitsap Peninsula and can be viewed as a destination or a stop on the way to the Olympic Peninsula and all that it has to offer. Port Townsend, Sequim, Dungeness Spit, hiking throughout the Olympic Rain Forest and on to the Pacific coast. If you choose to stay and enjoy the local culture you will find walking the streets of historic Poulsbo a shopping and dining delight. If you are taking the ferry over from Seattle, the town of Winslow is another place to shop and dine with comfort.
Guests will hopefully find Agate Beach a place to call home even if for a short time. As such, behaviors will follow.

Hello, welcome to beautiful downtown Suquamish, a jewel located on Agate Pass just across the water from Bainbridge Island, and just 35 minutes by ferry to Seattle. I am a retired elementary school teacher, and enjoy sharing the beauty of Agate Pass with those who visit my home. I have lived in my home for 27 years, and enjoyed running a bed and breakfast for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Seattle and continue to have one foot there and here on the peninsula. I feel doubly grateful for having both so close at hand. I look forward to sharing my love of the Pacific NW with all who visit my home and know you will find your stay most enjoyable. Sincerely, Carol
