Be aware that this is not a 'new' cottage and is basically a farm house which sits in woods. I say this because we do have chipmonks, squirrels, racoons, etc which visit the deck from time to time. While we try to keep out all mice, we do see the occasional mouse in the house. Mouse poison is left in basement year round to control the population, but is not fail safe.

I am a musician/college professor with ties to Cape Breton through my husband's family who were native Cape Bretoners. I enjoy travel and meeting new people. When not in Cape Breton, we live in Texas and are easy going and friendly.
