A centrally located home in Rapid City's beautiful historic district, a wonderful and quiet neighborhood full of charm. From the comforts of our home, you are a short walking distance from downtown, coffee shops, a supermarket, and Skyline Wilderness Area hiking trails.
Our cozy bungalow is made up of a main level, an upstairs loft, and a lower level. Each room is outfitted with fresh linens and blankets upon your arrival. You will also find a map and guide of downtown Rapid City, a map of the Black Hills, and our home guide that includes our WiFi network and password.
Your bathroom will have all the necessities of your own bathroom at home. In addition to freshly laid out towels, you will find toothpaste, floss, hand soap, moisturizing lotion, shampoo/conditioner and a blow dryer at the sink. We even have extra toothbrushes because that's the worst thing to forget!
We have an array of tea you may like to try, or a one-touch coffee maker and French press if you prefer coffee. Feel free to also help yourself to breakfast. We have granola and bagels for you!
Feel free to connect to our WiFi with the password in your room's home guide. You will also need this password to connect to Netflix on the television. (There is no cable.) If you're looking to unwind another way, help yourself to any of our books downstairs and around the house or our unique cribbage set in the kitchen.
Street parking is free and available in front of the house.
Ask us about bicycles! We have two you may use.
For guests needing accommodations for an infant, a crib is available in the upstairs loft.
Our home is a short mile from the Interstate. Highway 16 (Mt. Rushmore Road) is one block to the east. These two roads will easily take you to all the beautiful spots you came to see in the Black Hills.
We are conveniently located 1.1 miles from Main Street Square in downtown Rapid City, which is a short 10-15 minute walk. Downtown Rapid City offers many places for shopping and dining as well as unique attractions.
