This a lovely loft space on a former farm in open countryside. This space can accommodate 2. Open plan living with kitchenette, separate bedroom with double bed. Pub and restaurant, 1.5 miles. Many lovely walks and places to visit nearby including Belvoir Castle. Supermarket 5 miles. Price advertised is for a maximum of 2 guests, 1 double bedroom.

WE ARE VERY RURAL. WE HAVE NO NEIGHBOURS CLOSE BY. THE NEAREST SHOP IS 4 MILES. THE VILLAGE IS 1.5 MILES. PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS A CHALLENGE. TAXIS CAN BE EXPENSIVE. YOU NEED A MOBILE PHONE WITH DATA. THIS IS A SELF CATERING APARTMENT. TEA, COFFEE, SUGAR, BUTTER AND JAM ARE PROVIDED. I WILL LEAVE SOME MILK TO WELCOME YOU ON YOUR ARRIVAL. This place is great for relaxing, taking it easy and enjoying the view. There are stairs to the apartment. Please bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues. There is on site parking for ONE CAR, but you have to walk about 100yds to the apartment. There is a balcony to enjoy the lovely views. WiFi is nonexistent, you will have to use your mobile data or bring your own mifi.

There are no street lights here, and so we can be a bit tricky to find in the dark. Detailed directions will be sent to you before your arrival. Please read them, and follow them.

Otros aspectos destacables
This is a rural property. We have no neighbours. There is no other building within half a mile. We have good road access for getting around, but the nearest village is 1.5 miles away and wi-if is unpredictable. There is usually a good mobile signal, and if you have a BT account, there is a wifi hotspot that you can log on to. In reality, you need to use your mobile data to stand any chance of internet access. You will grow old before you’re able to download or stream anything. I pay for the best service available to us, I’m sorry that I am unable to improve it, but it’s beyond my control. You will be sent detailed directions for your arrival. They work very well if read. The TV is small, but who comes on holiday to watch TV? We do not have satellite, cable or any other method of watching TV than via the mast. Late/ early arrivals cannot always be accommodated. Last minute changes to your itinerary cannot always be accepted. There is only parking for ONE car off road. You must let me know your expected arrival time the day before your trip.
