Otros aspectos destacables

Drawn to the equally-impressive Historic Stadium District of North Tacoma with its wonderful Victorian and Craftsman homes, we saw the grand potential of 412 North C Street in spite of the fact it had been turned into multiple units by a previous owner. Now it is fully restored to its prior glory as a single-family residence, equal in stature to the surrounding homes of tremendous beauty.

The loft is spacious and offers a great view in the morning. The house itself has an interesting history that Jeff would be more than happy to tell you during the welcome tour, and the location is ideal. Jeff was very helpful in guiding through the neighborhood and can tell you about the local venues.

Hi there We arrived late, but Jeffery gave us great directions on how to find and access his great top-floor apartment in which we stayed. We stayed for three nights and when we met him he was very cordial and helpful. This is a great spot up in the top floor of an old giant Victoran home in the really cool Stadium District to Tacoma. We grew up in T-Town and came back over Thanksgiving to visit family, and it was just perfect for us. We cooked in the kitchen, and all slept soundly. The electric heaters kept the place cozy warm even though it was freezing outside. This is one of the coolest neighborhoods, so if you are visiting from out of town this would be a fantastic place to stay. A walk around this neighborhood will leave you wanting to move to Tacoma.
