Sorry about the oven instructions - I wrote them in response to another guest who thought the oven was broken, but in fact it was just due to quirk with the timer. I tried to explain what to do if this happens. Maybe I need to cover them with a note saying "Read this if the oven doesn't seem to be working".
We did get new fixings for the toilet seat before, and I hadn't realised that it was still coming loose. We will definitely get this sorted out as soon as possible.
Regarding the wifi, we tried to make it clear that there was no free wifi on the information about the listing. However we did arrange to have broadband and a phone line installed over a month ago, and the company we contacted has been incredibly slow in giving us an appointment to get this done, despite us contacting them to ask them why it's taking so long. Hopefully free wifi will be available in the flat very soon, but until then there is nothing we can do except make this clear in the listing information.
Apologies again for these problems. I usually leave my phone number and ask guests to get in touch if they need any assistance, however I can see that this doesn't work if there is no wifi and you have no phone access due to an overseas SIM card.
