The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite with jetted whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. TV and DVD player in master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom and TV.
There is a pull out couch in the living room that can accommodate 2 extra people (extra person fee).
There is one long covered parking stall (visitor parking on site as well). Also we own a parking space at the base of Blackcomb which provides for a very short walk to the lifts.
The Village is a 20 minute walk on a lovely wooded trail. Local bus service is close by and will take guests to the lifts/village in 5 minutes. A beautiful Golf Course is in the valley at the bottom of Blueberry Hill.
Washer/dryer in condo, wireless internet access.
Well equipped gourmet kitchen with food processor, mixer, toaster oven, chocolate fondue pot, hot air popcorn maker, large clay roasting pot, bakingware and good quality stainless steel pots and pans.

Please note that 5% GST (BC tax) is applicable to the rate and must be collected directly between owner and guest.
Security/Damage deposit is $400 and is due 30 days prior to arrival (refunded within 14 days).
Minimum stay is generally 5 days during high season (possibly less subject to availability - by request) and , 2 or 3 days minimum at other times, depending on the season and availability.
Guests are required to sign a rental contract.
NOTE: Our cancellation policy supercedes airbnb's policy. No refunds will be given for cancellations prior to 30 days in advance of rental, unless we are able to re-rent the space.
No Smoking. No pets. Quiet time is between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful of neighbours.
