We have supplied beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrella, boogie boards & sand toys so you can stroll one block away to Moonlight Beach to enjoy the playground, swimming/surfing, new snack bar and picnic area with fire pits. (Moonlight Beach has undergone a $4.8 million dollar facelift. All new concession stand, beach rentals, playground, restrooms & showers.) Two blocks away is Coast Highway 101 with a multitude of gourmet restaurants/cafes, shopping, La Paloma movie theatre, yoga studios and day spas. With nearly perfect year-round temperatures the outdoors is what locals and vacationers alike relish. Ride bikes, swim, stroll the beach, play volleyball or read a book in the warm sand. For the kids, Legoland is 10 minute drive. San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Petco Park (Home of the Padres) & downtown is a 25 minute drive. Plan a day trip to Disneyland (1 hr drive) or just stay local and enjoy this lovely beach town. The new Crossroads Golf Course or Encinitas Ranch Golf Course is just a few minutes.

Sleeping for 5-6 with two bedrooms, plus sunroom with trundle bed & two full baths, 2 car garage. Spacious living room has plenty of seating, a work desk area & new 55" Roku (streaming) flat screen TV with cable, Blue Ray player + selection of family friendly DVD's & Wi Fi computer access. We also have a variety of board games for family fun. Kitchen with dining table for 6 is fully equipped. Just off kitchen is two car garage with laundry. Completely fenced and private courtyard patio & additional separate deck, dining table, adirondack chairs and propane grill for those sunset BBQs for year-round outdoor entertaining.

You will have sole use of the home during your stay. There is a new apartment above the new 2 car garage on the property which is not attached to the house and has its own private separate entrance, patio & parking space. The fenced yard and 2 car garage with laundry are for the exclusive use of the airbnb vacation guests only.

(3 night minimum stay) City occupancy tax of 10% is INCLUDED in the daily rate. Only additional fee is cleaning $150.
Home is located in a residential area. PLEASE be respectful of neighbors. The home is not suitable for parties/loud late night activities. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We cannot accommodate guests with pets. This is a NO smoking property. Suitable for families but be advised home is not baby proofed. Pack n Play crib is provided.

There is nothing better than feeling 'at home' when vacationing and that is what we aim to provide for our guests.
