Michelle was a perfect host! She communicated with me during a stressful start to my planning (had just received an airbnb cancellation with too short of notice) and was very kind, thorough, clear. The place was exactly as she described, a timeshare rental in a big building that is frequented by large families going to Disneyland and a few 20 somethings who were there to have fun. The unit was well stocked, had all the essentials, was clean and the decor was nice. Everything worked, the bed was comfy, and Michelle even left us some breakfast treats including fresh fruit and muffins! You can see the fireworks from the very small balcony and you can see the backdrop of Disney. The building itself had many timeshare perks (including a great gym that i used and other stuff I didn't use like a rec room and a pool) that I could see would entice family travelers. I came to this rental for work and once we shut the doors, the noise was pretty low, so it fit the bill. The parking was free and easy and even my two colleagues who came only for a day to work with me were able to park for free. The only discomfort I really had at the building is that when I walked out of the elevator into the hallway to the apartment, an overwhelming stench of grilled steak filled the air. The next morning the smell was microwave popcorn. We also smelled dirty diapers. So the venting in the public space could use some help, but once we were in our unit it was perfect. Last thing was that internet cost me, small thing but an added expense.
Michelle was amazing. She's a great host. I would rent from her again.
The unit is just fine, clean, stocked, tasteful, simple, good.
The building is filled with lots of people and families and spring break types but that didn't impact us.
If you are coming to Disneyland, do it. This is a good place for that trip.
