#202 "CUTE & COZY" is one of three unique apartments in a heritage building right downtown. Close to Okanagan beach & promenade, theatre, art gallery, Japanese garden, parks, restaurants & shopping - the location is excellent! The Community & Farmers Markets is on our doorstep every Saturday 8:30am-3:00pm. Access to the KVR Trail & Naramata Bench Wineries is very close by. Also in this building

This cute one bedroom apartment is in a heritage building on the main street just a block from the beach. It has a comfortable Queen bed with quality linens & lots of pillows. The bathroom has a skylight and is bright & clean. No meals are provided but you can make your own meals. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal or enjoy a glass of wine & a snack. The livingroom has a leather sofa, comfy chair & a TV with cable. There is a DVD player & a stereo receiver. Wifi is available in the building. There is a free off-street parking spot. It is your home away from home! (note: This is an "apartment hotel not a bed and breakfast)

The apartment is self-contained and private. I do not enter the apartment. I am easily reached by cell or pop into the cafe on the main floor for a chat.The Bellevue Cafe downstairs is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't want to cook for yourself.

I own the restaurant on the main floor (the Bellevue Cafe) and I am there most of the time, if you need me just come down or call. I do not live in the building, I live 5 minutes away.

Beautiful place to stay. There are plenty of places to go within walking distance. Having the public market right outside of our door was amazing.

Toni's apartment and apartment building were wonderful. Everything is as described, if not even better. Toni's communications throughout were thorough and timely. Checking was easy and fast and Toni does a great job explaining everything. The apartment is comfortable, modern, and very clean. The historic building is wonderful and it is centrally located in town. A bonus is the street fair and farmers market that occurs out front on the streets. Plenty of restaurants, bars and wine bars around. All the wineries are very close. Super experience!!

Toni is a friendly and accommodating host. She was great to chat with and communicated efficiently. Her suite (Marbella) was really clean and comfortable. It was hot outside, but the suite only got a little warm, so with the the provided air conditioner it only took a few minutes to get it to a good temperature; we didn't need it at night. The location is right in downtown Penticton, close to shopping and restaurant. We had breakfast at the Bellevue Cafe and our server was nice and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I'd be happy to stay here again. Thanks Toni!

Toni's place is great! The pictures don't do it justice. Very clean, all the amenities you need, excellent location and easy check in. Highly recommend it.

I am an owner of the Bellevue Cafe which is located in the same building as the apartment. I am a former RN and I have lived and worked in Vancouver BC, Newport Beach California and Tokyo Japan. I have lived in Penticton for 11 years and I love the Okanagan! I will be happy to help you come to love it too!
