This brand-new home has been designed and built by Owner/Architect, Sarah Waller. There is no other house like this on the Sunshine Coast and in particular, the Hinterland region. Enjoy your own private Noosa Hinterland resort with only a 15 min drive to Noosa Heads Main Beach.

The Home

A combination of Modernist Architecture with a Luxe Resort Style, the focal point of the home is the amazing elevated position, beautiful breezes and the expansive far reaching views across the treetops of the Noosa Hinterland and Noosa Valley Golf Course.

This magnificent Doonan property is set on 1.5 acres of lush tropical gardens and has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (including 3 ensuites and 1 outdoor award winning bathroom), 2 living areas (including a media room), an open plan indoor kitchen and dining area plus a stunning outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool area and valley. It truly does bring the outside – inside and the open plan design and golf course frontage location ensures it catches the summer breeze and stays cool, although full ducted air conditioning is also available if required (or even a cosy fireplace or ducted heating in winter).

Exuding style and class, the white Terrazzo flooring throughout and floor to ceiling louvres and doors that retract outside the home, provide a sophisticated resort feel combined with Architectural expertise.

Privacy, Serenity, Security and absolute luxury awaits.

Please note that there are wide expanses of full height glass to the house which does allow some view from the road to the kitchen and living areas, however the bedrooms and pool area are totally private and cannot be overlooked.

The Layout

The house is all on one level and spread over nearly 700 sqm with manicured lawns and tropical planting. Plenty of parking is available adjacent to the house and also at street level.

Featuring a 17m long resort style swimming pool with shallow "beach" end, perfect for relaxing on the floating beanbags. Overlooking the pool is a shady cabana with hanging chair and comfy seating as well as an additional Webber BBQ - perfect for poolside entertaining. In addition to a further lawned area, you will enjoy watching kangaroos whilst basking in the sun on a beautiful hammock nestled in amongst the palm trees. There is also a fabulous fire pit and stone bench seats at this level to enjoy a sundowner.

NB: Please note that the garage and studio will be unavailable / locked during your stay.
