When you step out of the private residential entrance lobby onto Hindmarsh Square you will be stepping into the cultural and retail centre of Adelaide only minutes walk away.

PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANY BREACH OF THIS WILL MEAN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM APARTMENT!
DISTURBANCE TO OUR NEIGHBOURS, INCLUDING EXCESSIVE NOISE, IS PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF RENTAL AND EVICTION.

NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER STATED on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Note: Variances to bookings can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is generally 10:00 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Barrie and Tracey are great hosts. Easy meet and greet. Location is in the heart of Adelaide. We had a car, but you could easily do without.

A perfect base to explore Adelaide! The location was great - very close to Rundle Mall and some of Adelaide's beautiful parks - great for a morning run. Barrie and Tracey were great hosts, greeting us at the door and giving us an extensive tour of the apartment and building to ensure we settled in. Having the use of the hotel's pool and gym was also a bonus. We were two couples and the apartment was the perfect size for a long weekend stay.

We were in Adelaide for the TDU. The apartment was well located to the village and also to other attractions of Adelaide. It was great at the end of long hot days to arrive back at an air conditioned apartment close to the hub. Barrie and Tracey welcomed us without having to wait and gave us a tour of the building and apartment . Everything was very easy. Thank you

Barrie & Tracy showed up in the apartment despite our late check-in hours. The apartment is next to Crowne Plaza Hotel in the CBD. It is clean and spacious and well-equipped. The apartment comes with two queen-sized beds suitable for 4 ppl and if one does not mind to squeeze, there is a foldable bed that one may use in the living room.
