We were sorry that you thought that the appartment was in Barcelona but we clearly indicate in the advisement that the appartment is in Lloret de Mar. We tried to contact you during all day long as we didn't know nothing about you and we waited for you from 8:30 to 23h (which it is no problem for us to wait for our hosts, but it's not our fault that you didn't know where you were going).
Once you arrived here, the man who attended you speaks a perfect English! (he is the chief consierger of one of the bests 5 star in Barcelona!!!) who gave you all the information about the town, how to arrive to Barcelona and he even offered you to cancel the booking if you prefered to stay in Barcelona.
The internet was OK when you arrived, as we check all the connections with the hosts when we arrive. But if it was a problem, as you know, we live just one floor up from your appartment and we would do our bests to help you.
The appartment has all the facilities you need to stay here, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, air conditioned.... But this is not an hotel, it is an appartment.
Finally, I would like to remind you, as we explained in your arrival, that we changed you to an upgraded appartment (bigger and with a big terrace) for the same price as the standard one, so you could be more comfortable. And even more, you left without saying anything and without paying the touristique tax (well you payed 2€ out of 10€), so we should add this difference for you.
Having said all that, we don't want to create an argument with you, but we just believe that this evaluation is not fair. when we have done our best for you to make feel comfortable.
