The Blue Bear Chalet is located in the Elk Creek neighborhood of Grand Park, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms you'll have room and amenities for your next Winter Park getaway! Located half a block from the FREE public transportation stop, makes this an ideal location for a stress-free ski or bike vacation. Park at the home and take the free transportation to the Winter Park Resort or elsewhere.

The home is newly constructed, 2019, in the fastest growing area of Winter Park and Fraser, Grand Park. Grand Park hosts the only Movie Theater and Bowling Alley (The Foundry Cinema and Bowl), community trails, and disc golf in the summer and groomed cross country ski trails in the wintertime. The Grand Elk neighborhood is located close to restaurants and bars in the Town of Fraser, a short half-mile walk to the Fraser Valley Center with dining options.

The Blue Bear Chalet is a mountain home design with all the comforts of modern technology, with smart Tv's throughout the home, and a smart lock to gain access to the home with exterior security cameras. The home is beautifully decorated with modern mountain furniture and art.

The main level of the home has an open floor plan with an expansive kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas burner stove, and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal at home.

The dining area seats 8 at the table and the breakfast bar seats 4. The living area has comfy seating and a 65” flat screen smart TV. Just off the living area, you'll find the patio where the hot tub is located. You'll also find an outdoor cooking area with the natural gas BBQ grill and patio seating and table.

Also located on the main level is the master suite with a king-size bed, and a master bathroom. The upstairs has a sitting area for the kids and two more bedrooms. Including the guest suite with a queen bed and full bathroom, in addition, the bunk room features two bunk beds. A second full bathroom is found on the second level of the home.

Park two cars in the heated garage along with all your winter or summer activity equipment. For added convenience, there are two additional parking spaces in front of the two-car garage. On-street parking is NOT allowed, a max of four cars only.

This Winter Park area mountain home is perfect for a large family or two families traveling together for a summer or winter mountain vacation. This is a family neighborhood, we want our guests to know that this is not an appropriate home for large groups or parties of any kind. Quiet hours are part of the rules that you agree to when staying at this home.

There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house, and one inside the garage. There is YouTube tv, and the home is furnished with smart TVs throughout.

The owners of this property have dogs.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
A train runs through the towns of Winter Park and Fraser and can be heard from this home as well as most homes in the area.
