Beautiful fully furnished 1930s Bachelor apartment with wifi in walking distance from the ROM, U of T, downtown. Steps from the streetcar, subway, Yonge street, and the Don Valley hiking Trail.
Above ground, private kitchen/bath.
Unfortunately this unit is only available for long term stays however I also have a contact who has a furnished room available for short term stays. Feel free to message me either way.
This 1930s detailed condo is both peaceful and quiet but also situated very near Yonge Street and downtown Toronto. It is steps away from the beautiful Don Valley trail and other nature trails. For art lovers, I have a small personal collection of the artworks of local up and coming Toronto based artists which I am happy to discuss. Fantastic French, Italian, and other restaurants nearby. The unique neighbourhoods of Summerhill, Rosedale, St. Clair West, and U of T/Downtown are all minutes away.
Disponible para huéspedes
The bachelor apartment comes with wifi and netflix, a double bed which also serves as a couch - new Ikea mattress, kitchen with compact fridge, lots of counter space and beautiful glassware, fresh organic sheets and linens, hair and skincare products, and laundry in the building. Parking lots are close by. Piano and small travel guitar are also there for you to play. Storage is ample. This apartment is fueled by renewable energy. Superintendent is caring and helpful and I am a phone call away if need be. I prefer longer rentals. Wifi and Netflix included.
Atención a los huéspedes
As long as I am in town (usually I am) I look forward to greeting you and providing you with information about the city and your stay. I am available by phone any time.
Otros aspectos destacables
The building has a unique architecture and the street is full of beautiful trees, houses, and gardens.
While I love children and pets, unfortunately the unit cannot accommodate them. The apartment is also non-smoking. The building is a quiet one and its important that guests are also quiet, don't play loud music late at night, or throw a party.

I am a Toronto based yoga teacher who loves this city and helping others to discover it! I have also traveled to many places and lived for extended periods of time in Paris, Tokyo, Beijing, Germany, New Zealand, and Byron Bay, Australia. I also love to meet new people. I cycle and care about the environment. I play guitar and write songs as a hobby and am originally from a small town in Southern Ontario's farm country. Its really a pleasure to host people in my beloved apartment!
