Andrew's place was fantastic. It was literally right on the beach with amazing views. The place was extremely clean and cleaners came every other week to tidy up. You could walk anywhere, it was quiet at night and Andrew always responded within minutes. Highly recommend.

Great location! Very close to the activities! Easy walk to the pier, beach or up to the shops. Place was easy to access, clean and full of amenities. (Hot tub, grill, volleyball, etc)

Everything was made very clear as to how to get to the location, and the unit we stayed in. I would recommend they add numbers to the unit code pad, myself and others staying there had a tricky time with this . Maybe an explanation in the instructions of how it is numbered? I would stay here again! It was clean, great location, and we were lucky enough to get ocean view ! It was great having a hot tub!

Absolutely gorgeous, it was amazing. Clean, right on the beach, great location. All I could say was thank you for giving us the time to be there, we loved every bit of it.

This property is amazing! The listing is accurate and the place was more than we expected. It has a huge outdoor kitchen in the shared area of the property as well as a hot tub and beach chairs. It opens right onto the beach and is very close to Santa Monica pier - great access to everything. The host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. He gave a detailed breakdown of parking options, bike rentals, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
