This Colonial B&B was built in 1905 and has stood the test of time! Mr. Brashear built this for his wife, but after her untimely, early death it has since been used as a boarding home for mothers and daughters wanting to go to school in KIRKSVILLE. Then it was turned into 4 apartments for over 60 years, then a Dr. office for less than 10 year, & then a B&B in 1999! We love the history this home and the privilege to tell its story, for future generations!

We are located 2 blocks east of Buisness 63 also known as Baltimore Street. We are 7 blocks east of Truman State University and 10 blocks east of ATSU & Northeast Regional Medical Center.
