This property is perfect for a romantic escape in Loudoun. Nestled right off of Route 9 this unique space is only 10 minutes from downtown Leesburg, walking distance to the W&OD trail, and a short drive to all the areas best attractions, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. A tall courtyard fence adds complete privacy where outdoor showers and sunbathing can be done with no interruption. Beautifully decorated room, large shower inside room with comfortable king size bed. Sure to impress!

Please note we lock off the rest of the rooms, they will not be rented to others during the time of your stay just vacant and locked. If you wish to add the whole villa with kitchen, living space, guest bedroom and bathroom please inquire about additional rental.

Near the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season.

This rental is managed by Waterford Reservations LLC, when booking this property all guest acknowledge that any and all disputes, settlements ect will soley be made with Waterford Reservations LLC, Air BNB and no others for any reason.
No Exterior Loud Noise Or Gathering of non registered guest at any time
The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time. Sheriffs department authorized to remove all guest at any time. Guest not on the reservation at anytime will result in immediate cancellation of booking
