BALLROOM APARTMENT: This luxury well appointed 3 bedroom apartment situated right in the heart of Queenscliff is perfect for couples and families looking for something a little bit special. Offering walking distance Queenscliff town centre and beaches, and close proximity to both Point Londsdale and ocean grove, reverse cycle-airconditioning, and modern kitchen with dishwasher. With beautiful views of swan bay The lovely sunlit balcony is perfect for bbq's and entertaining.

Perched in a convenient location less than a 100m stroll from Queenscliff's main street which features shopping, cafes, restaurants and the famous Q train, there is also easy access to the stunning main beach and boat harbour

Gorgeous Heritage space, sophisticated style and expansive views await those who crave the ultimate seaside escape. This lavishly appointed 3-bedroom apartment offers accommodation for up to 6 guests.

The central entrance opens on a spacious light filled open plan dining and living area which flows seamlessly to the further kitchen area. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop and all you need in the way of utensils to enjoy home cooked meals whilst you holiday. The raised lounge offers a fun entertaining area complete with board games and a TV.

On the upper level, the master bedroom features a queen bed, glass balustrade and TV, with direct access to a huge outdoor balcony featuring a BBQ, comfortable seating and glass balustrades, bringing swan bay seemingly within arm’s reach. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a modern central toilet.

The lower level holds the third queen bedroom as well the main bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet as well as euro laundry and easy access to the allocated car space.
A very unique feature of this level is the ‘tank room’ which is the original water tank that serviced the hotel in the 19th century, converted into a quiet space perfect for some quality family time.

Outside the apartment are a hedged fence and large charming courtyard complete with seating and a BBQ, One allocated secure parking space is provided and unrestricted free parking in the adjacent street.

Queenscliff is a lovely getaway, it’s quiet streets, many attractions such as the blues train and scenic pier make it a perfect vacation for families or groups to enjoy, situated close to various wineries and heritage sites it’s a cozy town that has lots to love.

The apartments are situated close to all attractions in Town, a short walk to several gorgeous restaurants and cafe's as well as the historical Fort Queenscliff museum. The home is a short drive to the Point Lonsdale surf beaches.
