A very quiet, central, and safe neighbourhood, one block from the river and also close to downtown (10 minute bus ride). It's within walking distance to the Forks, a French bakery, a small shopping mall & St. Boniface Hospital.
The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, a closet and a dresser, and 2 windows.
