1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.

2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.

3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.

Hey everyone I stayed there for 3 nights. The apartment location is good walkable distance to the shops and restraunts.apartment was clean good arrangements by our manager Mr. Venugopal always there for us.Its certainly value for money.

Really good location, 10-15 mins walk to the beach. Really close to some nice restaurants and shacks. Site manager Yogesh was really helpful in tending to any of our needs. Would recommend for family and groups. Apartment has two rooms with extra mattresses, decent TV with HDMI cable, induction cooker, kettle, microwave and washing machine. Nice balconies too.

The house is quite big and ideal for a few days for 4-5 people. There is a small grocery shop nearby where you can get water, coffee, etc. The place is in a nice neighbourhood which is quiet and clean. It is 5 mins drive by car/bike. The grocery shop owner also provides bikes for hire so really quite convenient. The only issue was with the housekeeping. It could do with a little more cleaning up.

Nice apartment in the Sea&Sand complex. Spacious, clean (cleaning every day if desired), with all necessary amenities. Housekeeper very responsive to all requests. The only deficiency was slow Wi-Fi (but working, which was important) - and very warm water in the pool in the afternoon :-) The apartment complex is in good location - close to bike rentals, small shops and restaurants. To the beach it takes some 10 minutes walk - we hired bikes, which was more convenient, also to go to supermarkets (some 2 km away). Parking place for car/bikes at the ground floor level. In general, we were very satisfied and would recommend CasaMelhor both for short and longer stay. We were a family of 4 (parents and two adult daughters).

The house was very nice and clean, and the hosts were quite helpful. The location was excellent, as well. The only suggestion I would make is to give better directions to the property, as we had to search around for a long time before we could find it.
