Its fully grown garden, with palm trees, bougainvilleas, a papaya and mango tree, is ideal for outdoor living and relaxing in the spacious, outside patio area, providing you the perfect place to unwind and relax in comfort.
The ground floor offers a bright and airy open plan living room and kitchen area, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern furniture, large flat screen TV and free wifi and a covered balcony that is joined with the garden of the house. One of the twin bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. The first floor features the second twin bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with a double bed and a romantic balcony with stunning sea views all designed to cultivate blissful nights of sleep and relaxation.

Our Guests Relations Supervisor will meet and greet the guests within 24 hours from arrival to provide any assistance required with the property and the area. Guests also have access to a 24-hour 7-days a week emergency hotline
No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation
Listed Prices include 240KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
In the months of June, July and August Xminimum stay is 7 nights
