My two level "antique" house lies in a quiet residential neighborhood in Wiesbaden's City Center. It sits alone in the rear courtyard of beautifully restored old apartment buildings. Even though it is in the city, it is extremely quiet--no sounds of street traffic! The train station is reacheable by foot in 10--15 minutes & bus stops are about a 5 minute walk away. There are also restaurants, bars & cafes within the neighborhood.
The 75 m2 house has an open plan kitchen/dining area/living room on the upper floor. On the lower level is the bedroom, bathroom & small storage area with washer & dryer. On this level are two doors which open onto a small private terrace.
Wiesbaden is a beautiful city, full of historic buildings & architectural jewels. It is internationally known for its underground spring curative waters & its thermal baths. It is also close to Frankfurt, the Frankfurt International Airport & the city of Mainz. The famous Rhine River also flows past Wiesbaden.
The house is full of the owner's antiques, numerous pictures & prints & chandeliers. It is completely equipped.
