That’s for the feedback. The air purifier is something you have in the room as an option to use, or not use, it’s a guest option. It’s a premium air purifier that makes the air you breath as good as it can be. If it was noisy, you could have turned it off, or turn the fan level down.... I’m not sure why you didn’t turn it off if it was bothersome. I am confused about what you mean by the apartment being damp. You arrived at our home at 10:30pm at night for one night stay. We live by the beach means there is coastal humidity in the air always, so you will feel that when a window is left open as your was prior to your arrival. Many people enjoy that fresh cool air, I’m sorry you didn’t. I’m not sure what I could do about this considering your late arrival prevented us from having an initial conversation like we normally do with guests upon arrival. It would have been nice to get a private message about this versus a public ally critical comment, that could have been corrected with better communication. We try very hard to accommodate our home and adjust our living preferences to yours. Please remember that we as hosts try hard to give you a good experience in our home. We have achieved superhost status by doing that with most of our guests, but to keep that status means we need to maintain a 4.8 rating. Private feedback is always more welcome than publicly visible comments for things like an air purifier being noisy considering you had the power to adjust it turn it off. If anyone reading this comes to stay with us and ever feels that way, please turn it off if you don’t want it on. It’s a guest option.
