Hermoso lugar, muy bien ambientado, con muy buenos servicios y la comodidad de una cochera si se va en automóvil. Muy bien ubicado en la hermosa Verona.

Mattia’s B&B is located in a very convenient location for visiting historic Verona – a 10-minute walk to the Piazza delle Erbe, glamorous Via Mazzini, and other sights. Also it was great to be able to park our rental car in Mattia’s secure courtyard. Mattia welcomed us with a glass of delicious regional wine, much appreciated after a long day of travel. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning and talking with other guests, and the woman who assisted with breakfast and cleaning was friendly and kind. Note that the fresco in the bedroom photo is in just one of the four rooms that Mattia has available; we were disappointed not to have the room that we expected, and also our room was rather dark. However, the place was immaculately clean and attractively furnished, in a minimalist industrial style, and although situated on a somewhat busy street, inside the apartment was very quiet. Overall we had a great time during our three-day visit in beautiful Verona, an interesting and vibrant city with lots to explore. For dinner we strongly recommend Ristorante Greppia!

We only stayed one night, but wish we would have stayed longer. Mattia's B&B and recommendations made for a perfect night in Verona!

This is a great place to stay for your next Verona visit. We had a last minute get away and we're really impressed the location and accommodations. We stayed in a room next to the living room. Old building and the industrial design really made it unique. Bed is comfortable, place is spotless and breakfast is fresh and tasty. Thank you!

This b&b is quiet, beautiful, and in a perfect location. We loved our stay here. It is impeccably clean, has a great little European breakfast buffet, has A/C in the room (very needed for our summer stay), and a nice common space. The b&b only has two guest rooms, on opposite sides of the house, so we barely knew otherswere there apart from seeing them at breakfast. The neighborhood is near the university, and there are a handful of bars and restaurants only a couple minutes walk. The center of Verona is a 15-minute walk across the bridge, and we were happy to be staying close enough to walk, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. We stayed in the front room, which other guests have said was loud because it's on the main street - we do not agree at all! We did have the windows closed, using AC, but found it extremely quiet at all times. Also, our host Mattia was really helpful providing suggestions for restaurants, etc in Verona and surrounding area. Small things to note: the old iron bed is VERY squeaky (light sleepers with partners beware). Also, there is an additional tax to be collected in cash at check-out (for us, 3 nights, it was 6 euros). And though the listing says free parking on premises, it is actually 5 euros per day to park in the courtyard (also collected in cash at check-out). Obviously totally worth it, but just something to be aware of! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to all our friends!
