BRIGHT & AIRY two bedroom apartment located in the vibrant coastal hub of South Fremantle. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and conveniently close to the coffee shops, bars and restaurants in South Terrace. Breaksea apartment has a north facing balcony with a lovely outlook toward the Indian Ocean. The apartment is tastefully furnished with boatwood furniture and has a fully stocked kitchen and pantry. An iMac and two bicycles are provided free of charge. Babysitting is also available.
This bright and airy 2-bedroom apartment is a stones throw to the beach and network of cycle paths that provide pleasant access to nearby cafes, childrens' playground (both within a 10-minute walk) and beyond to the Fremantle city centre, heritage precinct and Fisherman's Wharf (30-45 minute walk depending on pace).
I have filled the apartment with stylish design furniture, which in a number of cases has been made from recycled fishing boats. Art on the walls, games in the lounge and books on the shelves, give this apartment a homey feeling that you can really enjoy and relax in.

Otros aspectos destacables
As the last thing most people want to do is spend valuable holiday time in the neon environs of a supermarket (especially in the absence of local knowledge as to where you will end up paying more or less). I also offer a free of charge welcome pantry to ensure that as soon as you arrive, you can relax with the knowledge that the kitchen is stocked with day to day food essentials (milk, juice, water, butter, breakfast cereals etc.).
I enjoy a good house party as much as the next person, but Breaksea Apartment is within an apartment block and hence has many neighbours within close proximity. As such, no parties that involve additional guests being invited are permitted. In a similar vein, we ask that you keep the volume of music and TV down to a level unlikely to result in neighbour complaints.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. An ash tray is provided on the very pleasant balcony for the convenience of any guest wishing to smoke outside.
Given the confined nature of an apartment, pets are not permitted.
Please also look after the beautiful recycled wooden furniture, which can be damaged if care is not taken.
Subject to a confirmed booking, guests will receive an information pack about the local area, its attractions and host tips 3-5 days in advance of the arrival date. Guests can either be met in person at the apartment or other arrangements can be made about accessing the property after hours.
Unless otherwise required, guests are left to enjoy Breaksea Apartment as their home away from home in privacy, although a scheduled cleaning of the apartment will occur at your request after 3 or 4 nights, depending on the length of stay.
I'm an urban professional with a focus on design. A regular traveller, I lived in the UK for four years before coming home to Perth. The places I have visited in other countries have inspired me in the creation of new spaces in Perth - including the interior of my holiday apartment in South Beach which I have with my partner Nic Green.
