Spectacular mountain views in custom home on 5-acre wooded lot. Outdoor hot tub and 0.7-mile nature trail. Upstairs and downstairs decks. 2 rooms (3 beds), couch, fridge, full bath, use of kitchen. Very quiet. 30 min to ABQ and 45 min to Santa Fe.
5-acre wooded lot (natural vegetation with lots of wildlife) with spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains. Very quiet and private. Unusual to find a location with the feel of being in the country, yet with quick, easy access to the city. I commute to ABQ each day for work and my commute is shorter than many of the people who live in town. The house is located at an elevation of 7000 feet, so the temperature is always about 5-10 degrees (°F) cooler than Albuquerque. Terrific climate.

Atención a los huéspedes
I work a normal full-time job in Albuquerque. I live on the upstairs floor of the house, however, I stay at my parents house in the neighborhood when I have guests. That way, my guests can enjoy the house to themselves, unless they prefer that I be there. I respect the privacy of my guests, yet am happy to provide advice for local attractions, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, etc.

Avid traveler - I have visited all 50 US states and 100 countries. I enjoy hiking, soccer, playing a wide variety of music on my classical guitar, and spending time with my 11-year old son and five-year old Irish Wolfhound named Séamus. Note that my dog does not have access to the floor where guest rooms are located. My dog and I usually stay in the neighborhood with my parents when guests are staying at my house. That way you can enjoy the house to yourself.
