First, this place is not accessible! I won't give details as it's hard to explain in limited space, but trust me. Also, the place is not as advertised. The second bed is just a very big couch, not a fold-out bed, which isn't explained in the description. The only TV is in…
Respuesta de Kenneth:
My tenant said he was "disabled" and asked whether the apartment had an elevator. The building does have an elevator. Perhaps next time Zam can explain in more detail exactly what his disability is and what it requires before making a decision to rent an apartment. I have one parking space, and I have no control over whether it is large enough for your particular car. There is permit parking outside my apartment, half a block to the south and half a block to the north, along with one block east, which, by any standards, is ample. The couch in the living room is custom-built, extra-wide and 75" long. I'll specify that the couch is not a pull-out, but, according to your request, you were the only person staying in the apartment, so, had you told me you needed two beds and requested more information, I would have told you. The apartment was NOT left in a mess when you arrived because it had been cleaned two days previously, so please don't lie. YOU left the apartment a mess, with urine stains on the walls and floors, and the kitchen floor a mess. My cleaning lady said the apartment smelled horribly, too, so you obviously didn't keep it very neat or clean. Also, you never contacted me about additional sheets or blankets (you never communicated with me in any way, actually, even after I communicated with you), and I would have told you where they were, if you had. There are two keys to the front door of my apartment, and only one key to the garage because I was only given one extra key from the management company. I can't help how much my phone rings - I have it set on two rings because I do get phone solicitations, but I need a land line to buzz people into the apartment from the front door to the building. Regarding my neighbors, I can't control their noise level. If you like to sleep in, perhaps you can wear ear plugs in the future to make sure outdoor noise doesn't bother you. As I mentioned earlier, my cleaning lady said you left the apartment absolutely filthy, so, any criticism you might have, especially regarding the state of the apartment, is unfair, unfounded and totally inaccurate. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience in the apartment, but it seems to me that perhaps you might consider staying at hotels in the future because of the amenities and services you require or expect.

Hi. I'm a New Yorker transplant who moved to LA in 2002 to follow my dream of writing for TV and Film. I love living in WeHo because I can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, bars, grocery stores, my dry cleaner -- basically everywhere I go on a regular basis. I hope you …
