To make your stay a pleasant experience for everyone - including condos - just that guests follow the precautions listed below:
1. Do not smoke inside the apartment and inside the building.
2. Allowed small pets, after agreement
3. Please do not disturb and make noise between 20:00pm and 8:00.am
4. Apartment must be left in the same conditions in which it is located, except for the use and normal cleaning. The 'Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any damaged items and / or broken. For example, pillows, dishes, linens, towels, new lock if you lose your keys.
5. Flight delays / cancellations / emergency situations will not result in the repayment of sums of money.
6. A legible copy via email of driver's license or passport is expected prior to arrival.
7. Usually we give a set of keys for the guest. Please do not give any reason for these keys to other people.

Nos recibieron antes de la hora prevista de nuestra llegada. Ya que era muy tarde, nos ayudaron en la cena. Nos dejaron el desayuno para tres días y fue muy bueno. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y más. Tal cual lo muestran en su anuncio. Nos sentimos como en casa. La zona es buena frente al parque y esta cerca del centro. Ire nuevamente si voy a Milan

I highly recommend staying at this lovely apt. The hosts were so helpful with everything. When my airline would not let me print boarding passes until the evening before my flight, Patrizia was there to help and made sure I would not be late for check in at airport. We found their fresh fruit and milk...water in fridge on arrival which was so thoughtful. Certainly would not have expected this along with homemade jam to take back with us. Grazie, Patrizia and Marina, cannot say enough for the wonderful hospitality!!

Nice views, good light, good kitchen, good internet; clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure staying here for two weeks. Everything I needed was there; the internet worked perfect; the kitchen had everything I needed to cook with; the bathroom was clean and they provided fresh towels even soap and shampoo; the bedding was clean and comfortable too. Marina and Patrizia are friendly, generous, helpful, and easy to work with. They are wonderful hosts. I enjoyed my stay.

I am writing this review only because customer service of airbnb asked me to leave a review for the benefit of the community that uses their service. In my initial communication with the host, I thought that I am going to a "normal" house where the services that are listed are available and in working conditions. I realized once I arrived there that the host doesnt speak English at all. But if you speak Italian then this is not a problem for you. She communicated with me through looking into my eyes and staring at me. I really didnt know what to say so I was telling myself that the apartment seems ok and I can manage things on my own. As time passes by various things at the apartment didnt work. It started with the internet that was very slow since the first evening, then the old fashion stove. I was willing to accept the fact that it took so much time for the stove to start working but then making coffee became torture every single morning. Then the washing machine turned out not to work well and it flooded water while it was in operation. I had to stop the machine and wash my clothes by hand. The living room is too noisy because of the neighbors who are yelling at each other all the time or watching tv so loudly starting of 7 am in the morning. For all these issues I was willing to compromise although the owner never showed any responsibility and acted as if guests and airbnb in general is not more than a burden. The solution that I found for myself about this is to spend most of the time in the bedroom where I was working on my laptop when the internet became available. The one thing that I couldnt compromise about is the internet because it affected my work. Prior to my arrival I asked the host specifically about the internet service and I informed her that I need a solid and reliable service because I work a lot on my computer. The host assured me via email that the service is available at the apartment and included with all the other services (which didnt work either). It turned out that the internet keeps getting interrupted since the first night of my stay and then the next day it was extremely slow that it was impossible even to write an email. The problem kept repeating itself and then when I brought it up again to the owner, I stopped hearing back from her. When I texted the other owner who i never met, I was told that "THE INTERNET IS NOT FREE. IF I WANT INTERNET I HAVE TO PAY". After consultation with airbnb, I asked the host for a refund which they refused to pay. I eventually did get my money back from airbnb and I was told by airbnb that airbnb is watching their account.

Non era nostra intenzione fare una CATTIVA recensione, ma visto che la nostra ospite insiste siamo costretti a farla. Noi siamo abituati ad avere la massima correttezza sia con gli ospiti sia con AIRBNB. Per noi, un’ospite che al check-in chiede la possibilità di prolungare il soggiorno prenotato di un’altra settimana ma di non passare tramite il servizio AIRBNB , non è un buon ospite ne per noi ne per la comunità di Airbnb. Detto questo la nostra è una casa normale, pulita e lo si capisce da tutte le altre recensioni che abbiamo ricevuto, o forse gli altri ospiti hanno alloggiato in un altro appartamento??!!! Per quanto riguarda le incomprensioni linguistiche che lamenti devo dirti che quando ci si reca in un altro paese si cerca di parlare magari non così velocemente e con uno slang capibile (è un fatto di educazione e cortesia). Per quanto riguarda internet durante il tuo soggiorno (9 giorni) : lamenti che la linea si interrompeva ed era lenta: non credo sia colpa nostra ma di problemi di linea che possono purtroppo succedere. Mi sembra però che tu abbia potuto “LAVORARE A LOT ” in quanto nei 9 giorni del tuo soggiorno hai utilizzato ben 35 GB di traffico, scaricando programmi (come da te confermato) e inoltre hai utilizzato giochi on-line a pagamento (nostro) e siti non proprio consoni al lavoro!!! Non è stato richiesto nessun pagamento extra per internet ma è stato spiegato che questo anomalo uso di internet ci ha costretti a ricaricare il nostro abbonamento per ben 2 volte con una spesa a nostro carico di 50 euro. Per quanto riguarda la cucina a gas: ha, come tutte le cucine, il dispositivo di sicurezza che bisogna tenere premuto per alcuni secondi prima dell’accensione (è per la sicurezza per i bambini che potrebbero girare le manopole di accensione). Per quanto riguarda il caffè mattutino : la caffettiera è stata da te bruciata (probabilmente dimenticata sul fuoco acceso) e il caffè traboccato sulla cucina e sui bruciatori che a quel punto essendo bagnati non si accendevano più. Siamo interventi pulendo tutto e fornendoti di una nuova caffettiera. Abbiamo lavato la biancheria dopo che te ne sei andata : la lavatrice è perfettamente funzionante e non ha allagato la casa e funziona benissimo. Nelle regole della casa c’è il divieto di fumo e tu non lo hai rispettato. Ti sei lamentata che sei stata abbandonata: dopo circa un’ora dal tuo arrivo hai chiesto altre coperte e nei giro di 5 minuti ti sono state fornite, dopo un’altra ora hai detto che non riuscivi ad aprire la porta, semplicemente stavi cercando di entrare in un altro appartamento, ci sembra di essere sempre intervenuti tempestivamente. Quando hai lasciato l’appartamento, in ordine a parte la cucina (stoviglie sporche) e spazzatura non buttata non hai neppure salutato; poco dopo hai telefonato chiedendo se avevamo ritrovato il caricabatterie e te lo abbiamo portato alla fermata della metropolitana dove ti trovavi, a comprova della nostra disponibilità. Park view was a convieniant place to stay and explore Milan from, we found getting around easy Patriza was very helpful. The flat was comfortable.

The apartment is very well located: close to metro M1, so it is easy to reach Expo and city center - no need to transfer. There are several coffee places, supermarket and restaurants close-by. The apartment is very clean and there was everything we needed during our 3 nights stay - this made us feel very comfortable. What is more, Patrizia was so kind to welcome us with some snacks and fruits - this was really a very pleasant surprise! She and her husband were very helpful in providing information and giving advice. Very positive experience - undoubtedly recommending the apartment and the hosts.
