The idea is to share our lovely home. With 1200+ sqft common area & 1/2 acre lot, there's plenty of space to be private or socialize. Living room boasts 10' wide audiophile-inspired front projection home theater & adjacent sitting area. Recently updated kitchen w/ top-of-line stainless appliances is a cook's delight. Bar seating opens kitchen to oversized dining. Back patio includes seating, BBQ, and lawn games. Close to Old Town Lsvl, 1-70, Hwy 36, central to Denver/Boulder & mtns.

El alojamiento
The idea is to share our lovely, quiet home, in a safe residential area, close to Denver, Boulder & the mountains. Three bedroooms (13x16, 13x11 & 13x10), ample living and dining space, plus a lovely bathroom to share.

Guests have access to a fully renovated kitchen and a substantial backyard with BBQ, chiminea, and plenty of seating. Enter the home from the front door with personalized keycode.

Quiet-ish. If hearing trains in the distance bothers you, this may not be the right space. Trains arent frequent, but we're about 1/2 mile from a busy street with a train crossing. It's a generally quiet area, as we're back in a neighborhood, but you're not completely isolated from the hustle and bustle of town.

The upside, you're an easy walk to a little shopping center containing laundry, a Walgreens with a Redbox, a sports bar, multiple pizza spots, and a locally-owned organic grocer with a deli and coffee bar. If you're feeling more adventurous, we're about a mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Louisville, which is actually a nice little walk.

Full access to living, dining, and kitchen. Sizable back yard containing BBQ, outdoor sitting area and chiminea. Bocce and croquet sets available upon request.

Otros aspectos destacables
This is our primary residence, which brings with it some pros and cons.

There will probably be more locked doors than you're used to (Tim's office, our pantry, bedroom closet, and the garage). None of these are in the photos. You will have access to everything shown.

On the positive side, the furnishings are super comfortable. This is not a bare bones investment property that we finished out on the smallest budget possible. You'll have access to all the same pots, pans, dishes, kitchen accessories and small appliances that we do. Plus, our books, movies, home theater system and more.

Our household does include two dogs. We won't be here during your stay and we do keep a tidy home, but if you are allergic, this may not be a good fit.

We had a guest ding us for accuracy in the past so we would like to note that do change up the house plants from time to time. Please do not penalize us for this. We're not pulling anything sneaky; I just don't have a green thumb.

In terms of fitness options, there are free/public outdoor tennis courts around the corner at the end of the street, and a 57,000 sqft, state-of-the-art exercise facility 2 miles away, with reasonable rates, stunning mountain views, an indoor pool, an indoor track, weight rooms, cardio equipment, wallyball, basketball, steam room, racquetball, and more. (Please inquire with the Rec Center directly about restrictions and limitations resulting from the pandemic.)

A 15 to 20 minute drive takes you to numerous front range trailheads, including Chautauqua, Eldorado Canyon and the Golden area. Please check local resources about restrictions and limitations resulting from the pandemic.

Countless miles of paved and single track mountain bike riding and nature trails in/around the neighborhood; connect to the trail system within a few steps out the front door.
