TSA is self catering. We are not offering hotel services and other complimentary services like meals, beverages, toiletries. We allow cooking, bringing of foods and drinks. Lost or damaged of anything/belongings within our Unit Property will be charged accordingly.
Kindly provide a print out of you reservation itinerary together with valid ID and present during check-in.
1) All guests and their companions must register upon check in. Guests are required to present any Government, Company or School ID for verification.
2) Strictly no pets allowed.
3) Drinking liquors will be allowed inside the premises but be responsible to clean all the mess and bottles after. Strictly no smoking inside, only at the roof deck or somewhere outside the guest's assigned unit.
4) Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12nn. Charges may apply after 1pm.
5) Breakfast is not included. You can use all the cooking facilities and other kitchen equipments for free.
6) Free WIFI Access. For password assistance kindly approach our Staff.
7) Free use of water and electricity. When you leave the room, make sure all the appliances are properly turned off and must be plugged out from the socket. Water faucets should be turned off also.
8) Free use of Washing Area downstairs.
9) Water Heater is available.
10) Per floor are set for 4 guests only with provisions for set of towels. No Toiletries included. Request for additional items shall be charged accordingly.
11) Maximum capacity per floor is 8 persons but the 5th or other person will be charged 1,000.00 per head.
12) Any lost and or damage to appliances, furniture, linens and all private belongings of our Apartments will be charged accordingly. Please refer to the list of prices.
13) TSA has the right to request the guests to check-out of the building if they have unruly behaviors or any activities that may cause damage or accidents in the area and if they interfere with the privacy and convenience of other Guests and neighborhoods.
14) For safety and security purposes, Housekeeping will only clean Guest’s room upon request. Kindly ask the assistance of any of our Staff.
15) TSA will provide a set of key for all the doors. Guests are advised to lock the door every time they leave the room to secure all their belongings. TSA are not liable for any lost or damage items.
16) Each floor has a smoke detector. In case of fire, fire extinguishers are available in all floors located near the cooking range.
17) Guest should inform the TSA Staff 10 minutes before check-out to provide enough time to check all articles inside the premises. In connection to Rule # 12.
