I don't understand what problems Patryck and his friends encountered in the rooms he speaks about his remarks being unspecific and hyperbolically phrased. The apartment was cleaned and prepared for their arrival by myself personally. And so far, I never had complaints. My residence is humble, as many old Parisian flats are, but it is clean, I answer for this personally! I would thus like to see the argument in what manner the photos did not correspond in size and arrangement compared to what was published! Plus, I asked Patryck several times about the quality of their accommodation, he just answered that everything was fine!
In addition to this, I did my best to comply to my guests even smallest requests, like getting an address to store for buying my records he admired (for which he didn't even say "thanks"), or their wish to arrive at 23H, although the curfew was at 22H, than calling at 17H the day of arrival, letting us know that they are arriving in half an hour...
It also has to be said that Patryck and his friends unfortunately did not respect the house rules (that I personally sent him and reception of which he acknowledged) one which was leaving the key to the neighbour friend after their departure. Instead of reaching the neighbour friend who lives next door, they left the apartment unlocked with the key inside. Consequence : apartment unlocked for a week and could not be let to others until my return.
Patryck and his friends also left unwashed dishes, garbage outside the bin, wet towels on the floor and personal clothes and belongings behind them, just as if they were staying in a hotel, not in another person's home. Also, several dishes went missing, I will not speculate what happened to that. It is thus a paradox that they complain about things they themselves did not comply to in the first place!
Lastly, they were using TV and other electronic equipment without asking me how to use them, although this was also specified in the house rules.
Sadly, my guests are not recommendable. I suspect that the origin of Patryck's remarks was only in hope to "counter" my own that he thought would be figuring in their comment section.
To sum up, my guests have mistaken our compliance to their whims as room service and my flat for a hotel room!
