I have 1 TV and super basic cable in SD (no ESPN). The parking is on-street. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, but we do get some foot traffic from surrounding rougher neighborhoods.

I've lived in Mobile since I was a kid. I love the oak-lined streets, the easy access to water, the old houses, and the friendly people. I have a BA and own my own marketing/media company where I design websites, TV commercials, radio commercials, print and more.
I love traveling and have been to 47 US States and nearly a dozen countries in 4 continents. I try to pack as light as I can, and have lived out of a small backpack for over a month.
Favorite activities include kayaking, bicycling, photography, craft beer, and finding good food.
