The house is situated off a quiet country road, yet only minutes from the N7 Moterway. It has a southern orientation on an elevated site with stunning views of the surrounding courtryside. This is a perfect base for touring, walking, cycling, sightseeing, daytrips, golf or fishing.

The house is approached through a pair of electronic wrought metal gates with a gravel driveway to the front, side and rear. There is ample secure parking available. There is an audio intercom system.
The house was built in 2007. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with two reception rooms – one on either side of the hallway. The kitchen occupies a position at the rear of the house with an adjoining dining area, rear hall/utility room and guest wc. To the first floor there is an open landing providing three bedrooms, hot press, attic access and main bathroom.

Guests will have exclusive access to the house and its amenities during their stay. The living room has a TV and an open fire which will be lit in advance of your arrival. The kitchen has all appliances and kitchenware needed to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner and containing oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, 6 seat dining table, dishwasher, radio and all the cutlery and pots and pans you should need. The Utility Room has a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board and there is an outside clothesline.
Upstairs in the master bedroom there is a king size bed with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The ensuite has a power shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third room has two single beds and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a jazucci bath and separate electric shower. There are tonnes of space for guests belongings.
Guests have full access to the lawned garden areas to the front, side and back. Also to a secure steel shed. The garage and studio apartment at the back of the garage and vegetable gardens to the side and rear are not part of the rental. These are accessed by a separate entrance. Guests are free to pick anything in the vegetable gardens that are in season.
