My comfortable, light-filled 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than one mile from the heart of charming Capitola Village and beach. It is a short walk to shopping, restaurants, park, and more.
The condo is 900 sq ft, 2 story, and accommodates up to 4 people. The home has lots of windows and light, is clean and well kept and has a casual, comfortable feeling. The front porch area gets a lot of sun. No shoes are worn in the household. The master bedroom has a view of a huge pine tree out the window. It has a queen size sleep number (air) bed with separate firmness controls on each side of the bed, a walk-in closet that will be partially cleared out for your use, a small flat screen TV with cable access, and use of a dresser. The second bedroom serves as my office/guest room and comes with a futon couch that folds into a comfortable full size bed. The room will be prepared with the couch or as a bed, whichever will best suit your needs. Full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. I absolutely love my condominium and the fabulous location and I hope you will love it too!

Cats inhabited the space in the past. The house and carpeting have been thoroughly, professionally, and repeatedly cleaned and vacuumed, so no dander worries if you are allergic, but you may find a few tears in the carpeting and curtains left behind by the cats. Just some normal signs that this has been a lived in house!!
The home is in a family oriented, quiet neighborhood, so please be respectful of the neighbors and no loud parties. No recreational drug use and moderate alcohol only. No smoking inside or outside the premises. Also, please abide by the household practice of not wearing shoes in the house.
I've been a local resident of Santa Cruz County since 1973. I moved here to go to college, fell in love with the area, and have been here ever since! I lived in the condo for 4 1/2 years and absolutely loved it. The location is superb. I had a long commute at the time, working in the mental health field as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I loved that when I was home I could literally walk to everything and could avoid driving completely if I wanted. I enjoy the outdoors and try to take advantage of our beautiful local surroundings with walks on the beach and hikes in the woods. I also enjoy swimming and all types of dance, especially ballroom, swing, and salsa.
