A quiet, clean and modern 2BD apartment located just outside the walls of the medina. Its location offers the best of both worlds: less than 5 mins walk to the medina but with easy vehicle access. It is also less than 10 mins easy walk to the beach.
The apartment truly offers the best of both worlds. It is located within the shadows of the walls of the Medina (Old town) between Bab (Gate) Marrakech and Bab Doukala with easy access to markets, restaurants, craft shops, galleries and all that the magical town of Essaouira has to offer.
However, unlike dwellings inside the medina where vehicles are not allowed to enter, the apartment’s location allows easy vehicle access right to the door. Street parking within close proximity is also available. The apartment is very close to the bus station and the Massira Avenue markets.
The ground level apartment combines beautiful traditional Moroccan architecture with the comfort of modern living.
It is well equipped with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining space and a small but very pleasant courtyard.
While in principle the apartment sleeps 4 persons (1 double and 2 single beds), the three traditional and comfortable sofas in the lounge room allow for an extra 3 people. An LED TV with satellite international channels in various languages as well as a DVD player with a surround sound system can also be found in the lounge room.
The kitchen is will equipped with a brand new fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and all that you need for cooking and serving food and beverages. The bathroom is modern with a hot shower and a seated toilet “a la European”.
The whole building is new, clean and well maintained.
