DISTURBANCE TO OUR NEIGHBOURS, INCLUDING EXCESSIVE NOISE, IS PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF RENTAL AND EVICTION.

NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER STATED on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Note: Variances to bookings can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is generally 10:00 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Highly recommend this apartment, it's right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Adelaide's hospitality district and night life, close to everything and the most lovely hosts we could have asked for

I had a great time in Adelaide with my girls. Barrie and Tracey are great hosts, helpful and responsive. The apartment is great. Clean and tidy. Kitchen is well equipped. I cooked everyday. It is close to everywhere. Having the parking spot was also great since we rented a car. Thank you.

The perfect location for city activities. It over looks a quite street making for a good nights sleep. It's just off Rundle Street with shops, bars and cafes.

Awesome location for exploring Adelaide, walking distance to so many sights and places to eat. The IGA around the corner is pricey better to stock up at the market. Barrie and Tracey gave us a little tour of the area and were helpful in providing local knowledge of the sights and eateries. Thanks for a great stay!

We were two couples on a weekend away. The apartment is a lot larger than the photos do it justice and with lovely timber floors and large accommodating balcony. Mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable, more so than our own at home - so we had a great nights sleep. The location was the main factor in selecting this apartment as it is located at the nicer end of Rundle Street. It was close to nice pubs, restaurants and lovely places for breakfast. (Just don't go to Nanos Cafe). Walking distance to everything we needed even though we were expecting to have to catch an Uber occasionally. The apartment itself was very neat, tidy and simple. Perfect for what we needed. We are used to a private check in, so having the hosts meet us there was a bit out of the ordinary, however they were great with communication if we needed. Couldn't fault our stay, hoping to come back some day.

This was great. Thankyou to Tracey and Barrie. It is very close to cbd and restaurants. They were there to welcome you and willing to show you around if you haven't been to Adelaide before. The place was clean and well looked after. We will definitely be back for further stay invthe future. Thankyou
