We have 3 brand new executive style 5 brm townhouses in a small complex ideally suited for small or larger groups, executives, families or company bookings.
Each apartment has 5 spacious brms each with a variety of bedding set up options to cater for all types of groups, some bedrooms offer an ensuite and TV. Features include air con, storage, full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, single lock up garage, private laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer and WIFI is on the way.

Thank you for booking with Accommodation Around Newcastle. The below terms and conditions are agreed to by both parties. By confirming a booking, you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may result in booking cancellation or booking termination.

Booking Fee: All bookings are subject to a $20 booking fee.

Arrival and Departure: All guests will receive their check-in details on the morning of arrival via SMS or email, unless requested earlier. Keys may be collected from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated no later than 10:00am on the day of departure. Upon departure, keys must be left where instructed.

Securing and finalising booking: To secure a booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of making the initial booking enquiry. The balance of the booking is due payable 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments can be made by credit card over the phone (surcharge applies) or by bank transfer – our details can be found on the bottom of our confirmation letter. Prior to arrival or on arrival you will need to provide a copy of your driver’s licence and credit card for security.

Bond: Your credit card details, provided at the time of the booking will be securely stored accordingly. Funds will only be deducted from this credit card if we need to make a claim e.g. excess cleaning fees, damage or breakages, excess garbage removal or late check-out. All damages, breakages and losses to the property are to be reported and paid for by the guest. Should you discover a fault/breakage upon arrival please report it to our office immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: All excess cleaning ie unwashed dishes, rubbish not placed in the provided bin - will incur a $100 charge which will be debited from your credit card. Should you require further clarification on what this charge is please contact our office.

Keys: The guest will be supplied with one set of keys to the property; if possible additional keys may be issued upon request. If a key is lost or misplaced by the guest, a $50 replacement fee will be charged. Please note, if you have misplaced a remote control or swipe card, you will be charged at the cost of their replacement.

Cancellations: If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the commencement of your booking, you will forfeit the 20% deposit paid to secure the booking. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the commencement of your booking all monies paid will be forfeited – UNLESS the property can be rebooked for the exact dates and tariff. In this case you will be refunded any monies paid less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of a peak season e.g. Christmas, New Year, V8 Supercar Race, Easter and Live on the Foreshore, all monies paid will be forfeited unless the property can be rebooked for the exact dates and tariff. Where the booking has been cancelled by the agent for the reasons other than a breach of the terms and conditions, a full refund of any monies paid will be made immediately.

Service clean: By adhering to our terms and conditions, you agree to allow access to our housekeeper for a weekly service clean,
should your booking exceed 7 days. All linen and towels are provided at the property.

Occupants: The number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided. Bookings will not be accepted where there is not enough bedding provided. Smoking: No smoking policy applies to the inside of each property. Failure to abide by this rule, may result in a $200 charge.
Pets: Unless otherwise specifically stated, pets are not permitted on the property. If the property is pet friendly the guest will be responsible for the removal of all fleas, faeces from the property upon vacating.

Property repairs: The guest agrees to allow the agent/building manager or appointed tradesperson to enter the property at any time of effect or to investigate repairs and complaints. We will do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused, however we cannot issue refunds or discounts in these instances.

Relocation: No provision can or will be made for relocation if accommodation is deemed unsatisfactory by the guest, upon arrival. Guests must accept premises ‘as booked’. Our staff will describe the property to the best of our ability and in good faith; no responsibility or refunds for alleged mis-description will be accepted. It is our company policy to rectify issues to the best of our ability before relocating you.

Strata by-laws: In Strata titled properties, strata by-laws must be complied with at all times.

Noise restrictions: Guests will need to make every possible effort to ensure that they are not making excessive noise beyond council noise restrictions. If this occurs, one warning will be issued – following this, if any further complaints are received, we will review the tenancy to which no refunds will be issued.

Variations: Booking tariffs may be varied at any time up until the time of the booking. Our terms and conditions may be varied at any time without notice. Always refer to our website for an updated version – we are also able to email you a copy at any time upon request.
