Respectful of the property in general, taking care not to damage anything of course. Also taking care of the environment to keep it clean and beautiful. Watch out for local wildlife. We are on septic sewerage, so careful in relation to toilet usage, as per the guidelines provided. We are also on tank gas and water, this is plentiful, but respect of usage would be appreciated.
As little as they would like. We will meet and greet and be there to assist when needed. Otherwise they will be left alone to enjoy the serenty of the environment. We may run into them if they take a walk around the gardens on the farm. They are of course welcome to come and see us anytime if they have a need.
My husband and I are retired to enjoy life on our 20 acre hobby farm in South Gippsland, a beautiful country location where we are surrounded by rolling green hills. We have created a lifestyle that includes growing and making our own produce including our own wines (Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Riesling). We have planted over 10,000 trees to restore forest and wildlife to the property along with creating some lovely informal gardens to stroll around and enjoy. We live in the main farm house and have built two lovely B&B Cottages, that are beautifully appointed in their own style, to rent our all year around. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs and we are on-site to deal with our guests directly.
